Lysgårdsbakkene is one of the ski jumps in the world with the most jumps throughout the year. We have two slopes, HS 140 and HS98, a chairlift, changing rooms, grease pits, a staffed reception and a kiosk.

In the summer, training days are posted for online booking well in advance, while in the winter, available days will be posted closer to the training day. We ask everyone to use online booking before arriving and pay in advance. If you need to pay upon arrival, you can call the Olympic Park reception for manual booking.
