Ski jumping
We welcome ski jumpers from all over the world to Lysgårdsbakkene, both for competitions and for training. We are open for training both summer and winter within set opening hours.
The Lysgårdsbakken Ski Jumping Arena is one of the ski jumping facilities in the world with the highest number of jumps throughout the year. The venue features two hills, HS140 and HS98, a chairlift, changing rooms, waxing cabins, and a staffed reception and kiosk.
Both in summer and winter, the facility is open to ski jumpers from around the world who wish to come here for training.
