The events are run by Olympiaparken, an experienced organiser with world-class facilities for sports and experiences. Everyone is welcome here, the most important thing is that you want to contribute.

We use the volunteer portal Rubic to organize volunteer work in connection with the events. Sign up for the membership register and we will contact you when we need more people to join the team. On "My page" you will also find an overview of events that are open for registration.
As a volunteer you will receive:

Volunteer agreements for teams and associations
To ensure good planning and safe implementation of the events, we would like to enter into agreements for the fixed supply of volunteer personnel from teams and associations. This provides better predictability for all parties and makes the work easier for the volunteer manager in the team/association.
We have several sections where teams and associations can be given responsibility for staffing the entire area. Together we will find a solution that suits their capacity and ambitions, so that the task is experienced as both manageable and motivating.
It is of course also possible to contribute without a permanent agreement. We recommend that the volunteer manager registers in our volunteer pool. Then you will receive information when new events open, and you can consider for yourself which ones you would like to contribute to.
For teams and associations, we pay a volunteer contribution per hour, and the length of the shifts varies depending on the event and needs. To receive the contribution, teams and associations must be registered in the Volunteer Register.
Russian buses must be registered in the Unit Register to receive contributions.
