Håkons Hall is the ideal venue for sporting events, congresses, trade fairs, exhibitions, concerts and much more. The Hall was completed on 1 February 1993 and served as the main arena for ice hockey during the 1994 Winter Olympics, as well as for the opening and closing ceremonies of Paralympics.
In January 2008, Håkons Hall was host of the final matches for EM Handball for menn.

Birkebeineren Ski Stadium |

This is one of the world’s truly outstanding cross-country ski stadiums, with a complete cross-country and biathlon stadium. Both sporting and commercial events are held summer and winter at this site. The Birkebeineren Ski Stadium was the venue for the Olympic cross-country and biathlon events, and also served as the venue during the Paralympics in March 1994 for the cross-country and biathlon events.

Lysgårdsbakkene Ski Jumping Arena |

The Lysgårdsbakkene Ski Jumping Arena was built for the Olympics in Lillehammer in 1994, and has become a major landmark in Lillehammer. At a distance, you can see the magnificent ski jumping hill that is built harmoniously into the landscape. During the summer, the Olympic rings in the landing area are visible from a great distance, and the hill distance records are clearly marked on both ski jumping hills.

Kanthaugen Freestyle Arena |

The Kanthaugen Freestyle Arena is well suited for a wide range of activities:Sledging, rump-racing, tobogganing, parallel slalom, rope climbing, etc. The Kanthaugen Freestyle Arena served as the venue for moguls, freestyle, aerials and ballet (demonstration event) during the 1994 Winter Olympics. Today, the ballet hill is used for tobogganing in specially designed sledges, as well as other speed-filled activities. The hill is 225-metres long with a relatively even descent, and the hill is floodlit for night-time activities.

Lillehammer Olympic Bobsleigh- and Luge Track |

This is Northern Europe’s only artificially frozen bobsleigh and luge track. During the winter, a wide range of activities take place on the iced track, and during the summer other activities such as wheel-bob are offered.
The Bobsleigh and Luge Track is located next to Hunderfossen, only 15-km north of downtown Lillehammer and 500-metres from the Hunderfossen Family Park. The facility has extensive open areas that can be used for organizing a wide variety of events, competitions and ceremonies for groups. Welcome to an exhilarating experience!
